I don’t care if a shoe has no hype, if it’s dope, I’ll consider it! Such is the case with these Saucony Shadow 6000 White Red.
I don’t know if they have a cool sneaker nickname but to me they look like a tube of toothpaste! If you follow my blog at all, you know I own many pairs of 6ks. You also know that the Shadow 6000 is currently my favorite sneaker model, period. The combination of shape, comfort and quality can’t be beat!
Sleep on the Shadow 6000 if you will, but I think Saucony is killing it this year with this model. Several dope colorways have released and they might not go as hard next year, so keep your eyes open for 6ks if you are a fan of Saucony.
How Are The Materials?
Suede and mesh cover the upper with synthetic leather branding on the sides. The suede quality definitely doesn’t match that of other premium pairs of Shadow 6000s. It definitely has more of a felt feel to it. However, it is probably the most “lush” felt I’ve seen on a pair of kicks. So, even though the materials aren’t buttery, they’re still really nice for what they are!
How Do They Fit?
The Saucony Shadow 6000 White Red fit true to size and are extremely lightweight and comfortable. I’ve never met a pair of 6ks that aren’t comfortable. The mesh definitely keeps the air flow going through the shoe. The shape on these is great, with that nice 6000 slope and pointy toe giving the shoes true retro runner appeal.
